Welcome to SoonaPay. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of SoonaPay services ("Services") and our digital platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Legal Definitions
User: Any individual or legal entity using SoonaPay services.
Transaction: Any financial transfer or payment executed through the platform.
KYC (Know Your Customer): Legal procedures to verify user identity in accordance with local and international financial regulations.
AML (Anti-Money Laundering): Preventive measures to block illicit financial activities.
GDPR: European regulation governing the protection of personal data.
Platform: The SoonaPay website or application, including all associated services.
Personal Data: Any information used to identify a user directly or indirectly.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Users must complete the KYC process by submitting valid official documents such as a passport or driver’s license, and proof of address.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Falsifying or misrepresenting information may result in account suspension or permanent cancellation.
SoonaPay reserves the right to reject any registration request at its sole discretion.
Financial Transactions and Limits
Minimum transfer: $1 USD
Maximum per transaction: $2,000 USD
Monthly transfer limit: $10,000 USD
SoonaPay may review or suspend any transaction for security or regulatory reasons, including suspicion of illegal activity.
Users bear full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of recipient information. SoonaPay is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details.
SoonaPay is not liable for delays caused by banks, regulatory bodies, or force majeure.
If a transaction fails due to technical error, users may request a refund under the refund policy below.
SoonaPay issues virtual Visa cards subject to the policies of the issuing entity. In the event that a user makes four (4) consecutive unsuccessful payment attempts due to insufficient balance or similar reasons, the card shall be permanently canceled by the issuer without prior notice.
Upon such cancellation, the entire remaining balance on the card will be withdrawn and cannot be recovered by the user. The user bears full responsibility for ensuring sufficient balance is available before initiating any payment transaction.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Users may request refunds or cancellations in the following cases:
If the transaction has not yet been processed.
If incorrect recipient details were provided and funds have not been sent.
If the transaction fails due to technical or regulatory issues.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days in line with banking and regulatory procedures.
SoonaPay reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity.
Regulatory Compliance
SoonaPay operates in accordance with AML and KYC laws.
Users may not use SoonaPay for illegal activities including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
SoonaPay cooperates with regulatory authorities in the event of suspicious activity.
We reserve the right to freeze or close accounts suspected of violating laws.
Limitation of Liability
SoonaPay is not responsible for losses due to incorrect beneficiary details provided by the user.
We are not responsible for delays due to banks, regulations, or force majeure.
Users agree to indemnify SoonaPay for claims arising from misuse of services.
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from service use.
Data Privacy and Protection
SoonaPay complies with GDPR to ensure user data security.
User data is never sold or shared with third parties, unless required by law.
Users may access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data.
Data is stored securely and encrypted using top industry standards.
Modifications and Termination
SoonaPay may update these terms at any time.
Users will be notified of changes via email or platform notices.
Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
SoonaPay may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by all applicable international laws.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before any legal proceedings.
If unresolved, disputes will be referred to competent courts in the user’s country of residence.
Acceptable User Conduct
Users may not use the platform for any activity that violates local or international laws.
Unauthorized access to SoonaPay systems or data is prohibited.
Users must not overload or harm platform infrastructure.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by SoonaPay or licensed partners.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without prior written permission.
Customer Support
SoonaPay provides support via email, live chat, or Telegram during business hours.
Inquiries are responded to within 24–72 business hours.
We are not liable for delays caused by complex or legally sensitive inquiries.
Account Closure and Suspension
Users may request account closure by contacting support.
SoonaPay may suspend or terminate accounts for violating terms or suspicious activity.
Closure results in loss of access to all data and services associated with the account.
